Policies/Cancellation Policy

A non-refundable $50 deposit will be required at the time of booking to secure your appointment.
This deposit is transferable to reschedule your appointment, but only if you provide 48 hours notice.
The deposit is not transferable to another person.
If you choose to cancel your appointment, you are forfeiting your deposit.
If you are running late, or cannot make your appointment, please text or call as soon as you can. If you are over 15 minutes late for your appointment, you may have your deposit forfeited and appointment cancelled.

Renew Beauty offers NO GUARANTEE for micropigmenation results.
Individual results will vary from client to client.
Aftercare of your micropigmentation and your skin type will directly contribute to your final results.
Some clients may require additional touch ups to achieve their desired results. Regular touch up pricing will apply.

How long will my eyebrows last?

Depending on skin type, lifestyle, initial 10-day care and long term care, your brows will last anywhere between 12-24 months.
Is the procedure painful?

Everyone handles pain differently. We use numbing prior to and during the procedure to help. Most people say it’s not painful, but describe the prcoedure as a “nagging” or “scratching” feeling. I will check on you throughout the procedure to make sure you are always comfortable. If you need a break, we can make that happen.
Are clean needles used?

We use new, in package needles/blades for each client. Upon completion, we place all used needles/blades into a Sharps container which is then disposed of correctly.
Is this procedure safe to do while pregnant or nursing?

Permanent makeup is not safe to do while pregnant or nursing. There are not enough studies on the effects of the pigments used in microblading and the chemicals they contain.
How long will the appointment be?

Appointment times vary between clients. Initial appointments will take longer due to the initial consultation and brow shape decision, mapping and the procedure. Expect to be in your appointment approximately 2 hours. Touch ups can be quite a bit shorter if you are satisfied with the original shape we created in the first appointment.
Is there any down time after the appointment?

There is no downtime after the procedure. You may notice some redness and possible swelling, but the numbing solutions used will help. Your brows will appear darker and more intense for the first few days. This will subside over the next few days of healing.
